• - Story titles (encrypted in the database)
• - Cast votes
• - Usernames within a room

2. Jira Integration:

We use the official Jira OAuth2 integration. When connecting, you will be redirected to Atlassian to confirm access. We receive an access token that is encrypted and stored in your session. We do not have access to your password.

3. Web Analysis with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze the use of our website. The information generated by the cookie is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated IP anonymization so that your IP address is truncated before transmission.

You can prevent collection by Google Analytics by selecting 'Necessary only' in the cookie banner.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use technically necessary cookies/local storage to save your session and settings (e.g., 'recently visited rooms').

5. Data Retention

Automatic Deletion: Rooms and all associated data are automatically deleted if they have been inactive for 15 days.

You have the right to information, correction, and deletion of your data.
